Advanced Project Engineer - CCA Propulsion
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to successfully execute engineering projects
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets (EVMS management)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of project management principles
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project engineering or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to learn, grow, improve skills, and be a part of a team
About the Role
This role requires strong educational background or schooling, the desire to learn project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location (Engines Campus) on a hybrid work schedule.
