Advanced Program Manager - Ottava

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Advanced Program Specialists driving execution and performance
• Engage key stakeholders to define goals and strategies for surgical programs
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure operational readiness for launches
• Cook readiness activities to support effective program implementation
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure surgeon and staff competency
• Maintain a strong clinical presence during program launches to facilitate adoption
• Utilize change management strategies to promote stakeholder engagement and overcome barriers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred
• Leadership or coaching experience in a sales or medical field is preferred
• Experience in healthcare or medtech environments, particularly in surgical or robotics contexts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and contribute independently in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills to convey technical and clinical knowledge effectively
• Must be able to travel extensively (up to 75%) within the territory
