Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Advanced Program Specialists driving execution and performance
- Engage key stakeholders to define goals and strategies for surgical programs
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure operational readiness for launches
- Cook readiness activities to support effective program implementation
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure surgeon and staff competency
- Maintain a strong clinical presence during program launches to facilitate adoption
- Utilize change management strategies to promote stakeholder engagement and overcome barriers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- Leadership or coaching experience in a sales or medical field is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or medtech environments, particularly in surgical or robotics contexts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and contribute independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills to convey technical and clinical knowledge effectively
- Must be able to travel extensively (up to 75%) within the territory
