About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Advanced Product Manager (AI) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will help shape AI-enabled product strategy by turning customer insight, market signals, and technical input into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps. You will work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the product vision reflects real customer needs and commercial opportunities. The position also plays a key role in using AI and ML tools to improve documentation, evaluate scenarios, and strengthen competitive intelligence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of products and customer needs.
• Advocate for customer feedback in product development.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to analyze customer feedback and market trends.
• Leverage Generative AI for drafting product documentation.
• Simulate roadmap scenarios using AI/ML models to prioritize features.
• Monitor the competitive landscape with AI agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Knowledge of software applications relevant to market use cases.
• Experience with AI-driven tools for customer support operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.

Pay

$122,800 – $184,200 annually
