Advanced Process Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Advanced Process Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting chemical manufacturing operations through process optimization, process design enhancements, equipment performance improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with Operations, Research & Development, Quality, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, and Engineering teams to ensure manufacturing processes achieve performance, stability, safety, quality, and cost targets. Creates Standard work documentation for the site. The Advanced Process Engineer evaluates process and equipment design changes, supports scale-up and commercialization of new products, and drives operational excellence through data-driven process improvements. The position serves as a key technical resource for startup activities
