About the Role
Join a group of passionate neurology multi-specialists focused on improving the lives of patients with a variety of neurological disorders. This opportunity allows you to specialize in general neurology within a multi-specialty outpatient neurology group. You will be mentored by highly talented and experienced neurologists, refine your clinical procedure skills, and contribute to state-of-the-art clinical excellence in our Corona, CA clinic. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and experience in Geriatrics, Neurology, or adjacent fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent clinical assessment and patient care management services for neurological patients in collaboration with clinic neurologists and NPs.
- Function with minimal direct supervision in an interdependent role by implementing appropriate Standardized Procedures (SPs).
- Coordinate patient care, provide patient/family education, and promote safe continuity of care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, provide education and support, and make appropriate referrals.
- Document all services rendered.
Requirements
- California NP or PA license required.
- DEA certification.
- Previous experience in neurology preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
