Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 12-8pm (flexible)
Clinic Setting: Primary Care with full lab & hospital imaging access.
Location: AdventHealth Manchester, a 49-bed hospital serving rural Eastern Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide whole person care for patients of all ages in a walk-in setting.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and injuries.
- Collaborate with hospital and specialty teams as needed.
- Support AdventHealth’s mission of extending the healing ministry of Christ through compassionate, faith-based care.
Qualifications
- APRN licensed (or eligible) in Kentucky.
- Experience in family practice.
- Commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and community health.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) required.
- Current Kentucky licensure (or eligibility) as an APRN (Family Practice).
- Current national certification through an approved accrediting body (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA).
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in family medicine is strongly preferred, new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered.
