Conduct psychiatric and physical assessments, history-taking, and differential diagnoses. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient. Monitor patient symptoms and medication side effects. Serve as the primary point of referral for medical evaluations. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Offer crisis intervention and management of chronic mental health issues. Educate patients and families on prevention and treatment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
