Advanced Practice Provider-Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine

In this role you will provide care to patients in their homes throughout the Salt Lake Valley (based in Murray, Utah).

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care to patients in their homes throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver quality care and excellent patient experience.

Requirements

• APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years of wound care work experience.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Visa sponsorship not accepted for this position.

Pay

Hourly range: $57.33 – $88.47 (actual rate dependent on experience).

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (40 hours per week).
