Sentara Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity ideal for APPs who want meaningful clinical work, strong physician collaboration, and true work-life balance.

Why This Role Stands Out

• Location: Heart Hospital – Norfolk, VA

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Setting: Full-time outpatient clinic (40 hours/week)

• Patient Volume: ~12 patients per day

• Scope of Practice: Management of a wide range of chronic pulmonary and respiratory conditions with primary focus on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Asthma

• Call: None

• EMR: Epic
