Responsibilities

• Apply comprehensive expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Focus on preventive care and health education
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support team members
• Participate in an innovative, integrative primary care model with embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatry providers
• Offer flexible schedule options and access to ancillary and specialty services
• Engage in learning opportunities and a teaching culture

Requirements

• ARNP’s: Active Washington State Registered Nurse License AND an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License or ability to obtain
• PA-C: Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington or ability to obtain
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority required for the specific practice
• BLS
• Positive working relationships with physicians, and hospital staff, patients and their families
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year advanced practice provider primary care work experience preferred
