Compensation and Total Rewards Package
Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.
Overview
Join an established Primary Care practice. Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific research. Establish a plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care, and current research. Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and groups.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
