Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality GI care by coordinating individualized treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Engage in clinical responsibilities that drive high-quality, patient‑centered care.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 8 gastroenterologists and 4 APPs.
- Manage outpatient consults and follow‑ups.
- Averaging 12‑15 patient encounters per day.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Virginia.
- National certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority.
- GI experience preferred.
