Advanced Practice Provider - OBCC, Limited Term

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team on a limited term basis. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will deliver direct clinical care and assume primary responsibility for the clinical management of pediatric patients in an ambulatory setting. In this role, you will work closely with department attending physicians, specialists, behavioral health professionals, and community advocacy teams to provide effective, efficient, safe, and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Perform comprehensive health histories, physical examinations, and routine well-child visits (following AAP guidelines from newborn through age 21) as well as urgent care/same-day evaluations.
