About the role
In this pivotal role as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA), you won’t just be part of the care team—you’ll be at its core, ensuring that every patient’s experience is as seamless, precise, and impactful as possible. Working side by side with a physician, health coach, and patient success coordinator, you’ll help create a level of care that feels as personal as it is powerful.
Responsibilities
- Turning complex patient data into meaningful insights
- Crafting clinical documentation that is both thorough and efficient
- Preparing in-depth analyses that empower physicians
- Creating patient communications that are clear, supportive, and actionable
- Working seamlessly with the care team to execute complex medical protocols
Requirements
- Master’s degree and an active PA or NP license
- 5-10 years of experience in high-touch, service-oriented patient care environments
- Deep passion for Medicine 3.0 and a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- A strategic mindset, capable of balancing big-picture medical planning with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, DEA guidelines)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, proactively managing and prioritizing a high volume of time-sensitive tasks
- A commitment to excellence—you hold yourself to the highest standard and take pride in refining every detail until it’s just right
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across remote and telehealth platforms

Pay
$140,000 - $175,000. Compensation is based on factors including geographic location, experience, skill set, and interview performance.
