Job Summary

Aylo Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing clinical team on a full-time basis. Essential Functions

- Provide outpatient medical consultation services under physician supervision - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for new and established patients - Conduct follow-up care and ongoing patient management - Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies - Prescribe medications and initiate specialty referrals as appropriate - Participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours emergency phone calls - Administer and order medications and treatments - Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) - Perform comprehensive patient physicals and preventive care services - Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatment plans - Supervise and coordinate patient care support staff within the clinic - Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with the Nurse Protocol Agreement

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Urgent Care - Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies - Current Georgia licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant - Current board certification (AANP or ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs) - DEA registration or eligibility to obtain (preferred) - Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
