About the Role
Join our thriving private practice urology group as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our modern clinic in Highland, IN, offers easy access to Hammond and nearby communities, providing a collaborative, patient-centered setting for delivering high-quality care in both outpatient and hospital rounds.
You’ll see an average of 30 patients per day, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while maintaining quality care. We offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed annual base salary, additional incentives, and benefits.

Lake and Porter Counties in Northwest Indiana offer a blend of suburban and rural living with a low cost of living compared to Chicago.
