Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for their outpatient clinic in Chicago, Illinois.

Qualifications

  • Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Polish) a plus, given our diverse patient population.
