Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence‑based plan of care.
• Performs procedures appropriate to the type of services provided at the standard of care.
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications.
• Conducts patient assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Documents patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.

Requirements

• PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of experience as an NP or PA in Urgent Care, Emergency Room, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
