Job Description
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting.
- Complete patient histories and physicals.
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests.
- Counsel patient and family on health and disease.
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities.
- Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Gastrointestinal experience preferred.
