About the Role
Provide advanced practitioner support primarily in an inpatient setting, with occasional clinic duties. Support HPB surgeons in managing benign and malignant HPB diagnoses. Handle a patient load of approximately 15 patients per shift. Work in a Level 1 hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for HPB conditions.
- Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active nursing license in the state.
- Experience in inpatient care, preferably with HPB conditions.
- COVID-19 vaccination completed.
