About the role

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will work with 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers who place high importance on teamwork and collaboration. Our team is well-known for synergy, and high patient satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

  • Practice at Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT
  • Work full-time with hours ranging from 3 to 4 days per week depending on clinic needs
  • Schedule on-call responsibilities every 7th week for 7 days

Requirements

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
  • Board certification
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • 2+ Years of experience is preferred
  • BLS Certification
