About the Role
St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology Langhorne team.

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
- Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances
Education
- Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Emphasize preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule
Full-Time 5-day work week, one weekend a month hospital rounding.
