Advanced Practice Provider-Bone Marrow Transplant

About the role

Intermountain Health is seeking a full-time certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, BMT, Leukemia to provide patient care at LDS Hospital. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
• Practice at Intermountain Health LDS Hospital.
• Hours: 4 ten-hour shifts, covering rotating holidays and weekends.
• Share in overnight call with physician back-up.
• Focus on acute leukemias, multiple myeloma, Lymphoma, stem cell transplant, Chimeric Antigen Receptor therapy (CAR-T), Toxicities and side effects from chemotherapy and stem cell therapy including but not limited to: Neutropenic fever, Sepsis, Cytokine release syndrome, Neurotoxicity, Graft Versus Host Disease.

Requirements

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• Active, unobstructed APRN or PA-C license, or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Pay

• The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
• $63.07 - $97.30
