What You’ll Do

  • Dialysis rounding in outpatient dialysis centers
  • Chronic kidney disease management in clinic settings
  • Collaborating with physicians to co-manage patient care
  • Developing treatment plans and educating patients and families
  • Managing ESRD related complications including hypertension, anemia, electrolyte imbalances, and vascular access concerns
  • Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic studies
  • Coincating care across multiple healthcare settings

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active or eligible Massachusetts licensure
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
  • Experience in nephrology, dialysis, acute care, or internal medicine is highly valued
  • Rhode Island licensure is a plus

Benefits
