What You’ll Do
- Dialysis rounding in outpatient dialysis centers
- Chronic kidney disease management in clinic settings
- Collaborating with physicians to co-manage patient care
- Developing treatment plans and educating patients and families
- Managing ESRD related complications including hypertension, anemia, electrolyte imbalances, and vascular access concerns
- Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic studies
- Coincating care across multiple healthcare settings
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active or eligible Massachusetts licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
- Experience in nephrology, dialysis, acute care, or internal medicine is highly valued
- Rhode Island licensure is a plus

- Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000
