About the role
This position plays a crucial role in our pediatric care team, supporting the mission of Children's Hospital Los Angeles.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual patients' needs.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current California RN license.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a pediatric setting preferred.
- Knowledge of pediatric medical terminology and protocols.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
