Advanced Practice Provider - Arizona Urology Specialists

About the role

Azur offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, with dedicated involvement in call coverage as part of a team-based model. The APP will play an integral part in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing urologic care, working closely with physicians and clinical staff across locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality urologic care
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Participate in call coverage as part of a team-based model
• Work closely with patients to ensure continuity of care
• Support the mission of providing exceptional patient experiences and community impact

Requirements

• Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP-C/PA-C)
• Experience in urology preferred
• Travel required between outpatient clinic sites

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an NP-C/PA-C in Arizona
• Comprehensive knowledge of urology and related medical specialties
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
