Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (PA/NP) Pediatrics, Section of Allergy & Immunology- Open Rank
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and care of patients with asthma, food allergy, allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, atopic dermatitis, drug allergy, animal dander sensitivity, insect sting allergy, urticaria, angioedema, and anaphylaxis in outpatient settings
- Serve in the Challenge and Research Unit by providing oversight and monitoring both clinical and research patients with food challenges, drug challenges, and food allergen immunotherapy
- Participate in the teaching of fellows and residents assigned to the clinic and service rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (C-PNP), Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (C-FNP), Certified Nurse Practitioner (C-NP), Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C), or comparable
- Licensure in the State of Colorado
- Experience: 0 – 5 years for Instructor, 6 years or greater for Sr. Instructor
- Prescriptive authority or eligibility for certification
