We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Job Summary, Key Responsibilities, Why Join Us (maybe Benefits), Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Anticipated Pay Range (Pay). Also schedule? Not given. So include sections with real content: About the role (maybe Job Summary), Responsibilities, Benefits (Why Join Us), Qualifications, Skills (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities), Pay (Anticipated Pay Range). Also maybe Location? Not required as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, ADA, Vaccination, Background Check, How to Apply, etc. Also remove navigation etc. We must preserve all substantive information. So include details from Job Summary, Responsibilities, Why Join Us (benefits), Qualifications (minimum and preferred), Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Pay range. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We need to ensure we don't include application instructions. So omit How to Apply, Screening, etc. We must not include equal opportunity statement. We must not include redundant lines. Let's extract content. Job Summary paragraph: "The Department of Orthopedics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a full-time exempt (non-hourly) Instructor-Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in the area of Pediatric Orthopedics to practice at Children's Hospital Colorado-Colorado Springs and the CU Briargate Specialty Clinic for Children in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position includes membership in the CU Briargate Center, a multispecialty pediatric clinic and CU School of Medicine cost center that includes faculty from multiple departments. The position is not eligible for tenure." Key Responsibilities: long list. We'll need to turn into

    • items. Could break into logical groups but preserve all details. Might be long but okay. Why Join Us: includes mission statements and benefits. We'll separate Benefits section: list of benefits (Medical, Dental, Additional Insurance, Retirement 401(a) Plan, Paid Time Off, Vacation Days, Sick Days, Holiday Days, Tuition Benefit, ECO Pass, many additional perks & programs with the CU Advantage). Also the mission statements maybe under About the role? Actually "Why Join Us" includes both mission and benefits. We could put mission in About the role? But we already have Job Summary. Could create a section "About the role" with Job Summary and mission? But instructions: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have About the role (Job Summary + mission). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Benefits (list). Qualifications (minimum and preferred). Skills (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities). Pay (Anticipated Pay Range). No Schedule. We must not include placeholder text. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's craft. About the role: combine Job Summary and mission statements from Why Join Us (the paragraph about department, mission, etc). We'll include that prose. Responsibilities: list each responsibility as
    • . Might be many; we can split sentences. Benefits: list bullet points. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could be two subheadings? But we only have Qualifications heading; we can include both within
        maybe with sub-bullets? Simpler:
        • Minimum Qualifications: ...
        • Preferred Qualifications: ...
        • . But need to preserve details. Could separate into two
but heading only one. We'll include paragraphs. Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list. Pay: Anticipated Pay Range paragraph. Let's extract exact text. Job Summary: "The Department of Orthopedics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a full-time exempt (non-hourly) Instructor-Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in the area of Pediatric Orthopedics to practice at Children's Hospital Colorado-Colorado Springs and the CU Briargate Specialty Clinic for Children in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
