About the Role
An Interventional Radiology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing inpatient care and minor outpatient procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct procedures such as venous access, PICC lines, arterial lines, ports, and bedside procedures like catheter and suture removals.
- Manage a patient volume of 10-15 daily, primarily inpatient with some outpatient clinic work.
- No after-hours call required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a master's degree from an accredited program.
- Registered nurse license and advanced practice licensure or PA certification in Missouri, or ability to obtain.
- Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology, vascular surgery, wound care, or ICU.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient-provider relationships.
- Commitment to staying current with healthcare advancements and improving clinical skills.
