Advanced Practice Professional - TSICU

About the role

Full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) position with the TSICU team at WellSpan York Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in York, PA. This is a non‑surgical critical care role providing advanced practice coverage for two 10‑bed Intensive Care Units (ICUs) in a high‑acuity inpatient setting. York offers a low cost of living with easy access to Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C., plus historic architecture, museums, parks, the Heritage Rail Trail, and seasonal festivals.

Schedule

• Rotating daytime schedule including weekends and holidays
• Two (2) 13‑hour shifts and one (1) 14‑hour shift per pay period
• Rotating day/night model

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice coverage for two 10‑bed ICUs in a high‑acuity inpatient setting
• Deliver non‑surgical critical care as part of the TSICU team

Requirements

• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) certification
• Prior Critical Care, Trauma ICU (TSICU), or Emergency Department experience preferred
