We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use ul/li for lists, p for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Preserve all substantive info. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about MHC: "Ranked one of Tennessee’s top places to work, MHC is a rare and special place where outstanding company culture is intentional. Where clients and associates are treated the same, as equals. Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. (MHC) was formed in 1993 to serve individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Since then, we have expanded our services to children and adolescents with severe emotional disorders across Middle and East Tennessee. Our sole purpose is to support and treat those challenged with serious mental illness and poverty. Although based out of Nashville, we serve several communities across middle and East Tennessee with satellite offices in Antioch, Gallatin, Dickson, Columbia, Cleveland, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, Cookeville, Chattanooga, and Memphis. If you are interested in joining a team that is caring, collaborative, innovative and energizing this might be a great place for you!" That's about the organization; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, but we could treat as "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include "About the role" heading with that intro paragraph. Then we have "Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse (PMHNP)" but we must not repeat job title as heading. So we can maybe include it in a paragraph? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include job title in a paragraph maybe under About the role? Or separate paragraph? Probably include a short paragraph with job title and salary etc? But salary and schedule have dedicated sections Pay and Schedule. So we can put salary under Pay heading, schedule under Schedule heading. Job title maybe not needed but could be in a short p. Then "Salary: $107,000-$140,000 depending on experience" -> Pay section. "Schedule: 4 day work week, 8:00am-4:30pm (30 hours/week)" -> Schedule section. Then "JOB SUMMARY: We are hiring a Psych Nurse Practitioner, who under physician direction is responsible for performing medical examination, diagnosis of common medical conditions, managing stable phases of chronic illness, coordinating health management and assisting the clinic physician in delivering care to patients." That's prose; could be part of About the role or separate? Probably part of About the role. Then "Responsibilities" heading with bullet list. List items: - Under physician direction, provides primary care services to clinic patients including prescribing, dispensing or transmitting medications in accordance with standardized procedures and current state regulations. - Provides general counseling, guidance and health instructions to individual patients and family members. - Participates in the multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as required. - Assists in organizing and implementing appropriate quality assurance activities. - Seeks supervision from supervising MD as appropriate. - Functions as part of a team in the provision of patient-care and performance of daily activities. - Performs physical examinations utilizing designated employer examination guidelines. - Participate in teaching activities as appropriate. - Completes clinical documentation in a timely manner that is consistent with agency standards. Then "Requirements" heading with sub-sections: Essential Skills and Experience, Essential Requirements For The Position, Core Competencies (with subcategories Clinical Skills, Communication, Time Management / Organization, Joint Commission Competencies). Also "Reporting To This Position None" maybe ignore as boilerplate? It's not substantive? It says none; could be omitted? Probably we can drop as it's not meaningful. "Physical Demands And Work Environment" maybe we could include as a section? Not in allowed headings list; but we could treat as part of Requirements? The instruction says use those headings only; we could omit if not matching. But we need to preserve all substantive information. Physical demands and work environment is substantive. However allowed headings list does not include a specific heading for that; we could incorporate under Requirements or maybe under a generic section? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings when appropriate. Physical demands could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But not in list. Might be okay to include as a subsection under Requirements using

or

. But we need to follow instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to include physical demands under Requirements as a paragraph. Then "Benefits" heading with list of benefits. Then EEO boilerplate etc to remove. Thus final HTML:

We should not include EEO etc. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. We included job title? Not directly. We didn't include "Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse (PMHNP)" anywhere. Should we include it? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include job title in a short p maybe under About the role or separate. But we already have About the role paragraph that does not mention job title. Might be okay to drop it as minor metadata? It's not minor; it's the job title. But they said the page already shows it, so we don't need to repeat. So we can omit. Check that we didn't include any boilerplate like "Mental Health Cooperative embraces inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity." We removed.
