Role Overview Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients as part of a multidisciplinary head and neck medical oncology team. Key Responsibilities Assess patients to determine their clinical needs.Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests.Prescribe medications within the scope of practice.Educate patients and their families about diagnoses and treatment options.Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with physicians. Qualifications & Skills Clinical expertise in oncology, particularly head and neck cancers.Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.Excellent communication and patient education abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards related to patient care.
