Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)

About the role

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient care for all ages, primarily adults and seniors, with an average of 18-20 patients daily
• Completing thorough documentation
• Formulating diagnostic and treatment plans
• Prescribing medications
• Ordering lab and imaging tests
• Coordinating care with specialists and ancillary services

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted APRN or PA license in Colorado
• Prescribing authority and DEA license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2+ years of NP/PA experience, preferably in primary care or family medicine

Skills

• Proficiency in documentation, diagnostics, and patient management
• EMR experience (Epic)
• Commitment to quality care and team collaboration
