About the role

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine. A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations. Position Details:

  • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

  • Base compensation $141k- $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
  • $15k Hiring Bonus
  • $20k Relocation Allowance
  • $1,500 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($18,000 total)
  • $25,000 annual geographical pay
  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
  • $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
