We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting includes "Overview" and "About ORNL". The role description includes duties. There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. Benefits are listed in "ORNL offers competitive pay and benefits programs..." and then enumerated benefits. So we can include Benefits section with list. Pay not specified, so omit. Schedule not specified, omit. We need headings:

for each section: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Possibly also "Qualifications"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can combine Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements into Requirements section. Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate but better to avoid thin sections. We'll make Requirements covering Basic, Preferred, Special. We need to preserve all substantive info. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. The requisition ID is minor metadata; we can drop it or include in a short p. Probably drop. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove lines about equal opportunity, UT-Battelle E-Verify, etc. Also remove "This position will remain open..." etc. Also remove file format instructions, email for trouble applying, etc. Also remove "ORNL is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "UT-Battelle is an E-Verify employer." Also remove "About ORNL:" maybe we keep as part of About the role? Actually "About ORNL" is separate overview; we could incorporate into About the role section. The instruction: About the role heading for section headings. So we can put overview under About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, etc. Let's extract: Overview: ORNL description, RNFCA group seeking Advanced Nuclear Reactor and Fuel Cycle Engineer (Staff). Role responsibilities: working with modeling and simulation capabilities for lattice physics, reactor core, spent fuel, fuel cycle applications through leadership in development and analysis of SCALE and/or VERA simulations and collaboration. Major Duties and Responsibilities list: - Design, develop, optimize and analyze reactor models using world-class modeling and simulation codes (SCALE, VERA, OpenMC, MCNP, Serpent, MOOSE) to support design and development of next generation nuclear reactors. - Develop and analyze fuel cycle models using Cyclus to evaluate advanced fuel cycle strategies to support design and deployment of advanced nuclear reactors. - Interact effectively across organization structures with staff scientists and engineers and be an effective representative of ORNL and their research to sponsors and the professional community. - Conduct work on scope and on budget. - Communicate effectively the work performed through journal articles, presentations, reports, and code documentation. - Serve as a role model for integrity and safety in the conduct of research, mentoring of early career staff, and engagement with scientific and professional societies - Develop and submit funding proposals to DOE and other government agencies for new research efforts. - Deliver ORNL’s mission by aligning behaviors, priorities, and interactions with our core values of Impact, Integrity, Teamwork, Safety, and Service. - Promote equal opportunity by fostering a respectful workplace – in how we treat one another, work together, and measure success. Basic Qualifications: - PhD in nuclear engineering or closely related field and 2-5 years of post graduate experience. - Knowledge of nuclear reactor analysis R&D is required as demonstrated through research and associated publications. - Experience using SCALE, VERA, MCNP, Serpent, OpenMC, and/or MOOSE and familiarity with reactor systems and concepts. - Programming/scripting experience including the use of one or more of C/C++, Python, Fortran, Git, and CMake an asset. - Demonstrated writing and communication skills and ability to publish. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Multiphysics software and simulations an asset. - Previous experience with the development and implement numerical algorithms in advanced modeling and simulation software related to reactor physics analysis an asset - Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including continuous integration, requirements management, and object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns an asset. - Experience working within a rigorous quality assurance program. - Ability to obtain a security clearance. Special Requirements: - This position requires access to technology that is subject to export control requirements. Successful candidates must be qualified for such access without an export control license. - For employment at ORNL, a Real ID compliant form of identification will be required. - Additionally, ORNL is subject to Department of Energy (DOE) access restrictions. - All employees must also be able to obtain and maintain a federal Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card as mandated by HSPD-12 and DOE Order 473.1A, which requires a favorable post-employment background investigation. - To obtain this credential, new employees must successfully complete and pass a Federal Tier 1 background check investigation. This investigation includes a declaration of illegal drug activities, including use, supply, possession, or manufacture within the last year. This includes marijuana and cannabis derivatives, which are still considered illegal under federal law, regardless of state laws. - For foreign national candidates: If you have not resided in the U.S. for three consecutive years, you are not eligible for the PIV credential and instead will need to obtain a favorable Local Site Specific Only (LSSO) risk determination to maintain employment. Once you meet the three-year residency requirement, you will be required to obtain a PIV credential to maintain employment. About ORNL: description of ORNL, benefits etc. Benefits list: ORNL offers competitive pay and benefits programs... The laboratory provides a range of employee benefits, including medical and retirement plans and flexible work hours, to support the well-being of you and your family. Employee amenities such as on-site fitness, banking, and cafeteria facilities are also available for added convenience. Other benefits include the following: Prescription Drug Plan, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Contributory Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Disability Benefits, Generous Vacation and Holidays, Parental Leave, Legal Insurance with Identity Theft Protection, Employee Assistance Plan, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Wellness Programs, Educational Assistance, Relocation Assistance, and Employee Discounts. We need to include Benefits section with list. We should not include Pay or Schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

About the role

Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is the largest US Department of Energy science and energy laboratory, conducting basic and applied research to deliver transformative solutions to compelling problems in energy and security. The Reactor and Nuclear Fuel Cycle Analysis Group (RNFCA) is seeking candidates for the Advanced Nuclear Reactor and Fuel Cycle Engineer (Staff) role. This role involves working with state-of-the-art modeling and simulation capabilities for lattice physics, reactor core, spent fuel, and fuel cycle applications through leadership in the development and analysis of SCALE and/or the Virtual Environment for Reactor Applications (VERA) simulations, in collaboration with industry, national laboratories and university researchers. ORNL has world-leading nuclear, radiological and scientific facilities, including the High Flux Isotope Reactor, and this role would support the neutronics and thermal-hydraulics analysis.
