Join our Radiology Team as a Sr. Advanced Modality Technologist and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Perform advanced imaging studies independently, including on-call and portable exams.
- Assist with regulatory compliance (ACR, JC) and oversee quality assurance programs.
- Lead safety, quality improvements, and process initiatives within the department.
- Mentor new staff and students, supporting their development.
- Participate in department safety and patient experience enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate degree or trade school certification.
- 2–5 years of experience; 5–10 years preferred.
- Licenses: R.T. (R), CT, MR, or related; IEMA for Illinois (excluding MRI).
- Preferred certifications include CPR and IV therapy.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness is essential.
