Work Schedule
Second Shift (Afternoons)
Work Shift: Monday through Friday
2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
10% shift differential
Environmental Conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Fluctuating Temps: hot/cold
- Loud Noises: from equipment/machinery
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required: safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.
- Standing for full shift
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
- Working at heights
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 3+ years in a mechanical role, experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Skills: Self-starting, initiative to identify and solve problems, proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems, excellent communication skills, ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

What We Offer
Compensation: The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16–$34.10. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
