Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

Focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality in our advanced manufacturing environment. Report directly to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at our Tucson, AZ location on an on-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced manufacturing engineering projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Implement innovative manufacturing solutions using current technologies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• Two years in Electrical Engineering and/or recent graduate with some software experience.
• Knowledge in software languages.
• Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis, automation technologies, and data-driven decision making to enhance productivity and quality.
• Experience with CAD software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or the ability to obtain an export authorization).
