Advanced Line Cook $25 to $30/hr – ONSITE HOUSING

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex recipes and manage high-volume production stations
• Maintain impeccable food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Support team leadership and step in for supervision when needed
• Prep and cook proteins, sauces, and composed dishes with accuracy

Schedule

The shift time is 2pm to 10pm. We require schedule flexibility, including the willingness to work mornings and/or evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The hourly pay for this position is $25 to $30/hour depending on experience. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual pay rates will be based on a number of factors including experience and education.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2+ years on a sauté & grill station, at a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and work under pressure
• Culinary degree preferred; strong communication a must
