About the role
The Advanced Environmental Services Technician is essential for maintaining a clean and safe hospital environment to support patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a hygienic and sterile environment
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Perform manual tasks
- Work with the public; provide customer service
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospital environmental service experience
- Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions
- Previous experience with performing manual tasks
- Previous experience working with the public; customer service
Qualifications
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
