Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Physician

Role: Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Physician Responsibilities: Manage inpatients and outpatients with advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and complex cases. Perform procedures such as Impella, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and mechanical circulatory support. Provide weekend rounding and overnight call coverage. Ensure timely credentialing and maintain certification in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology. Qualifications & Skills: Board Certified or Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology with a Heart Failure Fellowship. Active medical license required. Strong clinical skills in heart failure management, critical care procedures, and patient volume handling. Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology services.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for complex patient care.Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to credentialing timelines.Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Key Duties: Deliver specialized heart failure treatment, manage cardiogenic shock cases, and utilize advanced circulatory support devices. Cover weekend shifts and overnight calls in a hospital setting.
