Advanced EMT - Located in Lagrange, GA

Responsibilities

• Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel, and fellow AEMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State AEMT License
• State Driver’s License
• BLS, NREMT
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare

Qualifications

• Related experience in healthcare

Skills

Appropriate AEMT skills including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment and tools.
