About the role

Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
  • Facilitate code reviews and ensure code quality
  • Manage team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure compliance with agile principles and industry standards
  • Work closely with QA to ensure testing and bug fixing processes are efficient
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of software development tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins)
