About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Facilitate code reviews and ensure code quality
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure compliance with agile principles and industry standards
- Work closely with QA to ensure testing and bug fixing processes are efficient
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile practices within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of software development tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins)
