Advanced Associate, Professional Services (Arizona, Part-Time)

About the role

Our team is seeking part-time Learning Facilitators with leadership experience supporting MTSS and/or assessment implementation to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven facilitation skills for adult learners. Ideal candidates have a passion for partnering with school leaders to support meaningful improvement to school systems through data-based decision making and intentional teaming structures. This is a needs-based, per-diem position that entails extensive travel during the peak season (August–October).

Responsibilities

• 60% Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using a variety of learning mediums (onsite and web-based)
• 15% Collaboration with the Pearson internal team to stay up-to-date on product releases and training revisions; attend required monthly meetings
• 15% Plan and travel independently
• 10% Work with customers to understand specific training needs and make modifications to meet these needs
