Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams to ensure successful application of Honeywell products.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to design and implement customized solutions that address complex customer challenges.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in application engineering or a similar technical role.
  • Expertise in system integration, troubleshooting, and solution design to support advanced application requirements.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and technologies used in application engineering and automation systems.
  • Experience working in industrial automation or process industry environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Honeywell Industrial Automation products and solutions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex customer environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with customers.
  • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies.

About the Role

This role reports directly to our Application Engineering Supervisor and works out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule. New hires must be prepared to work onsite 100% M-F for the first 90 days, subject to business needs and candidate availability.
