Responsibilities
- Manage development, deployment, maintenance, analysis, technical strategy, and all production-related matters involving Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.
- Analyze, design, code, implement, and document highly technical systems to support various MBUSA business partners.
- Manage or facilitate the design, assembly, and secure distribution of large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the solution design, production, and maintenance of database architecture to facilitate secure data flow into and out of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.
- Manage the design, production, and maintenance of automation processes for secure data flow into and out of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that advance enterprise-level goals, integrate with existing IT/Marketing infrastructures, and solve business problems.
- Transform business requirements into technical architecture through functional analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination with technical and non-technical teams.
- Maintain and support Java-based microservices deployed on AWS, including API enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Provide day-to-day support to business partners and team members.
- Work with Support Center, Infrastructure & Operations, Dealership personnel, and others to isolate and resolve technical problems.
- Analyze and review existing solutions, making proactive recommendations for improving performance and usability.
- Establish initiatives to advance business goals related to customer relationship management through design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of technical systems.
- Function as Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud Administrator, including responsibilities for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Provide business partners with technical options to solve business goals.
- Support team members by communicating direction for resolving highly technical issues.
- Support adherence to internal security standards and compliance requirements by applying approved security practices, participating in audits, assessing findings, and implementing remediation actions.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in Computer/Information Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud certifications preferred (minimum: Developer 1, Certified App Builder, Certified Platform Builder 1; level 2 is desirable).
- 5–7+ years of experience in the following:
- Object-oriented programming language (required).
- SFDC administrative tasks (e.g., creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Actions) (required).
- Application development, Workflow Rules, Approval Process, Validation rules, and Change Management (required).
- Development on the force.com platform using APEX, HTML, CSS (required).
- Writing SOQL, SOSL Queries within the SFDC database across multiple objects (required).
- Analyzing Apex classes and Triggers (required).
- Designing and building high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
- Administration setup (e.g., managing users, security controls, data, creating roles, profiles, and reports).
- Understanding of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud architecture and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration of Salesforce with third-party applications.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile-based methodology.
- Optimization, campaign, and lead management experience with platforms.
- Data-driven and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

- Candidate must be local to Atlanta, GA and comfortable working 4 days in office.
