About the role

We are seeking fully licensed Adult Psychiatrists (BE/BC) with an unencumbered DEA to join our clinical team. Ideal candidates are experienced in both medication management and therapy, passionate about patient care, and committed to clinical excellence. This is a 100% outpatient role offering flexible work schedules, telemedicine and in-person options, and a collegial work environment with full administrative support.

Pay

Full-time income ranges from $360,000 to $400,000 plus supervision income, with a compensation model based on productivity. Additional earnings opportunities include a sign-on bonus, Care Access Quality Incentive Plan, and optional collaboration compensation with mid-level providers. Unlimited/uncapped earnings potential.
