About the Role

We are actively seeking talented Adult Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a critical part of our clinical team, you will provide 100% outpatient care with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. The role offers flexibility in both telemedicine and in-person settings, with modern offices and full administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy for adult patients.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental healthcare in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more U.S. states.
• Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Psychiatry.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time income ranges from $360,000 to $400,000 plus supervision income (compensation model based on productivity).
• Unlimited/uncapped earnings potential with "above market" compensation.
