About the role
We invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our mental health team at the Kaiser Cascade Park medical office in Vancouver, WA. Our ideal candidate will provide high-quality, comprehensive care as part of an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. The role includes a mix of onsite and virtual care, utilizing face-to-face interactions and the latest virtual modalities to deliver evidence-based psychiatric treatments, such as primary care consults, crisis interventions, and medication consultation.

- 4-day work week (50% telepsychiatry / 50% in clinic) for a .9 FTE

Total Rewards value range of $325,500-$379,200.
Pay
The annual salary for this position is $239,220 - $271,890 for a .9 FTE, considering an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
