Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic’s Department of Psychiatry and Psychology in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking an outstanding adult psychiatrist to join the Division of Outpatient Consultation. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, team-based outpatient consultative care. This position is centered in a consultative outpatient practice within a state-of-the-art, quaternary care medical center, offering the opportunity to work with medically and neurologically complex patients. Psychiatrists collaborate closely with colleagues across specialties to evaluate and manage the psychiatric aspects of complex illness, including functional neurologic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and other conditions at the interface of medicine and psychiatry. The practice draws from a national and international referral base, creating a uniquely rich and intellectually engaging clinical environment.
